I’m Karsten Rowe, a product design leader with 20 years of experience at some of the world’s most ambitious technology companies.
Most recently, I’ve worked on mission-critical products in public safety, fleet management and data resilience at Axon, Motive and Veeam.
I’ve built design teams from scratch and led large ones at billion-dollar companies, taking products from zero to one and scaling them to millions of users.
I bring clarity to complex problems, rally people around a shared vision, and stay hands-on with design and AI. Above all, I care about building teams where people do the best work of their careers, and developing the leaders of the future.
